Privacy Policy
99.9999% of people skim through privacy policies, and we get it. So we've made ours super easy to scan. Here’s a quick overview of the essentials, with the full details below for those who want to dive deeper. Your trust matters to us, and we’re committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data. Not to mention making all your interactions with us feel like a ray of sun on a chill Spring day.
In a nutshell
Here's a quick overview of our privacy practices:
- What we collect. When you sign in with Apple and use the app, we collect your account info, how you interact with content, and basic device details. If you decline tracking prompts, we respect that.
- How we use it. We use your data to run and improve the app, personalize your experience, and send you service updates or (with your permission) marketing emails.
- Who we share it with. We work with a small number of trusted service providers (like Google Cloud, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, Klaviyo, and Apple) to keep things running. We never sell your data nor do we share it for advertising.
- How we protect it. Your data is encrypted when it travels to our servers and when it's stored. Access is restricted, and your account is secured through Apple Sign-In.
- Your rights. You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can also delete your account directly in the app.
- Children. Our app is not intended for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
- How long we keep it. We retain usage data for up to 24 months and transaction records for up to 5 years. Anonymized data may be kept longer. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
- Breach notification. If there's ever a significant data breach, we'll let you know within 72 hours.
